Location: Queenstown
Salary: $15/ hr
Duration: ASAP - Jan 2027
Working hours: Mon- Fri Office hours, AM Shift: 8am to 5pm, PM Shift: 11am to 8pm (Only if needed)

Job Scope:

• Coordinate bed management operations by overseeing patient admissions, transfers, and bed allocation to optimise hospital capacity and patient flow. Manage ambulance transfers, liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors, monitor utilisation, and prepare operational reports. Support emergency response activation, including Code Blue coordination and testing. Handle administrative enquiries, maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with PDPA, contribute to process improvements, and support departmental projects and operational excellence.

Job Requirements:

• Min. A level/ Diploma in any field
• No experience as training provided
