Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end ITrecruitment for our consulting engagements — sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for niche and cutting-edge tech roles across client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation
• Partner with delivery/account leads to understand client hiring requirements
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for emerging technologies (Data, AI/ML, Cloud, Databricks, etc.)
• Track hiring metrics and ensure timely closures against project timelines
• Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives

Requirements

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in IT/tech staffing or consulting
• Working knowledge of IT hiring and current/emerging technology trends
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.)
