Generative AI Creative Content Executive

We are looking for a Generative AI Creative Content Executive to drive the next generation of content creation for PEDRO. Working closely with our multidisciplinary creative team of Graphic Designers, Art Directors, Producers, Photographers and Videographers, you will conceptualise and produce GenAI-led visual content that is distinctive to PEDRO.

The role combines creative thinking, visual craft and emerging technology to make content creation faster, more reactive and effective, while ensuring all AI outputs remain aligned with PEDRO's brand DNA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

GenAI Content Creation

• Conceptualise and produce GenAI imagery, video, motion and other visual content across campaigns, social, digital and retail.
• Lead AI-led visual development from concept to execution while maintaining PEDRO's aesthetic and brand DNA. Explore and test emerging GenAI tools and workflows to improve creative output and production efficiency.

Creative Collaboration

• Partner closely with Art Directors, Graphic Designers, Photographers, Videographers and Producers throughout the creative process.
• Integrate GenAI into existing creative workflows to enhance photography, video, design and post-production.
• Develop visual concepts, treatments and content variations quickly and efficiently.

Reactive & Asset Adaptation

• Enable PEDRO to respond quickly to cultural, social and market trends through GenAI.
• Repurpose and transform existing campaign and product assets into new formats, particularly AI-generated video and motion content.
• Identify opportunities to maximise the value and lifespan of existing brand assets.

AI Brand DNA & Guidelines

• Establish and evolve PEDRO's GenAI visual language and creative DNA.
• Develop guidelines, workflows, prompts and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across AI-generated content.
• Build knowledge and AI capabilities within the wider creative team.

Trend & Technology Forecasting

• Stay ahead of emerging GenAI tools, visual trends and content formats.
• Identify relevant opportunities for PEDRO and recommend new tools, techniques and workflows.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in creative content, design, multimedia or related fields.
• Diploma / Degree in a relevant creative discipline.
• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI image and/or video tools (Higgsfield AI, Midjourney, Kling AI or others).
• Proven track record with a strong creative portfolio.
• Strong understanding of visual composition, storytelling, art direction and brand aesthetics.
• Prior experience in Photography, digital imaging / retouching, videography, video editing, graphic design, motion graphics or animation is preferred.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary creative team.
• Curious, experimental and proactive in adopting emerging AI technologies.
