Product Owner

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to manage changes in consumer platforms and support key digital initiatives across business units, including Marketing and Operations.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving business problems through technology, and can effectively manage day-to-day product operations while contributing to strategic business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business needs and requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Business stakeholders, to translate business requirements into product solutions.
• Review business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and new features.
• Develop user stories, document acceptance criteria, review test plans and scenarios, and perform user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely and successful execution of initiatives.
• Present project plans, updates, and outcomes to senior leadership stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies relating to product management activities.

Requirements

• Experience: 5–7 years of experience in the Financial Services or Insurance industry.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Technology, Digital, or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering complex digital products or platforms at scale.
• Strong experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing senior and executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient in a changing environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong willingness to learn and a solution-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile knowledge and/or certifications.
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as:JIRA, Confluence, Figma
