Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Agentic AI Systems)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who is highly technical, product-focused, and comfortable navigating architectural ambiguity.

You will be responsible for building user-facing digital applications, engineering integration interfaces, and developing multi-agent orchestration layers. Working alongside Senior Platform Engineers, you will translate advanced data science pipelines and machine learning guardrails into highly responsive, enterprise-grade digital experiences.

Requirements

Experience

• 8 – 12 years of full-stack software development experience within enterprise environments, digital product labs, or technology consulting firms.
• Experience delivering enterprise-grade digital products and scalable application architectures.
• Experience working within regulated industries such as FinTech, InsurTech, HealthTech, or similar environments is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

1. Backend Engineering & Multi-Agent Orchestration

• Develop and maintain AI-powered microservices for specialized business workflows.
• Engineer and manage multi-agent orchestration layers to coordinate user intents and agent interactions.
• Design secure API and integration layers connecting AI services with enterprise systems such as CRM, Billing, and Claims platforms.
• Ensure reliable state management and workflow synchronization across distributed systems.

2. Frontend Engineering & Conversational UX

• Develop responsive and accessible web applications optimized for conversational AI experiences.
• Implement streaming technologies such as Server-Sent Events (SSE) and WebSockets.
• Build human-in-the-loop workflows and operational dashboards to support escalation processes.
• Deliver high-performance user experiences with modern frontend frameworks.

3. AI Platform Security, Guardrails & Observability

• Implement application-level guardrails, including input/output validation and sensitive data filtering.
• Build observability and tracing mechanisms to monitor agent behavior and system performance.
• Ensure secure machine-to-machine communication and identity management.
• Support compliance and audit requirements through traceability and logging.

4. Delivery & CI/CD Excellence

• Develop automated testing frameworks for both code and AI agent behaviors.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Maintain application consistency and stability across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
• Partner with platform, DevOps, and engineering teams to improve software delivery processes.
