Job Responsibilities:
- Take overall charge of the daily operations and management of the wellness centre
- Supervise staff, arrange work shifts and ensure smooth service delivery
- Uphold service standards and maintain customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally
- Manage daily business operations, accounts and inventory procurement
- Safeguard the centre's reputation and support business promotion
Requirements:
- Prior experience in wellness centre / reflexology centre / service industry management is preferred
- Good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and friendly disposition
- Capable of leading a team and willing to work flexible / rotating shifts
- Legally eligible to work in Singapore
- Strong service orientation and positive work attitude
