Responsibilities:
1 Strategic Program & Executive Coordination
• Support senior leadership in coordinating key business priorities, strategic initiatives, and management activities.
• Manage and track key meetings, action items, decisions, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate across functions and regions to ensure timely execution of priority initiatives.
2 Market Intelligence & Business Insights
• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive intelligence to support business planning and management decision-making.
• Monitor relevant market trends, business developments, and emerging opportunities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and analytical materials for senior management.
3 Strategic Projects & External Relations
• Support and drive strategic projects, including market expansion and other cross-functional initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external partners, government agencies, and professional service providers as needed.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and ensure effective execution of strategic programs.
4 Executive & Sensitive Hiring
• Support recruitment for executive-level, critical, and sensitive positions.
• Conduct talent mapping, market research, candidate sourcing, and initial candidate engagement.
• Coordinate interviews, stakeholder communication, candidate management, and other recruitment activities.
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive hiring matters.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in strategic projects, executive support, talent acquisition, business operations, or related functions.
• Strong project management, analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Experience working in an international or cross-cultural environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required as this role involves regular collaboration with regional teams and Mandarin speaking stakeholders, including counterparts based in China
