Join Common Man Coffee Roasters and build your barista skills in abusy café environment where quality coffee, great service and teamwork cometogether.

☕ The Role

• Prepare coffee and support daily bar operations
• Learn espresso preparation, dialling in and milk texturing
• Develop your latte art and specialty coffee knowledge
• Keep your bar clean, organised and service-ready
• Deliver friendly and attentive service to guests
• Support the team during busy service

👀 We're Looking For

• Some café or F&B experience preferred
• No formal barista qualification required
• Interested in coffee and keen to learn
• Positive attitude and reliable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Good team player with a service mindset
