The Role

• Keep daily floor operations running smoothly
• Welcome guests and deliver warm, attentive service
• Manage bookings, walk-ins and table flow
• Recommend food, coffee and beverages to guests
• Work closely with the kitchen and barista team
• Support and guide the team during busy service
• Maintain service, cleanliness and safety standards

We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Enjoys working with people and providing good service
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Good team player with a hands-on attitude
• F&B experience is a plus. Experienced candidates may be considered for a senior role.
