CATERING SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Summary

Manage and coordinate catering event bookings while driving sales growth. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver seamless catering experiences that meet client needs and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate catering event bookings to ensure accurate scheduling and client satisfaction
• Follow up on sales leads to generate new business opportunities and expand client base
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales KPIs as assigned by management to support business growth
• Liaise closely with clients to understand their catering requirements and provide tailored menu and service recommendations
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and event orders accurately and in a timely manner to facilitate smooth event planning
• Assist clients in planning and coordinating catering events to ensure all requirements are met effectively
• Coordinate with internal teams including kitchen, operations, and service staff to ensure seamless event execution
• Communicate event details and requirements clearly to all relevant departments prior to event execution to avoid issues
• Build and maintain positive client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Handle client inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in restaurant or food catering environments
• Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and sales opportunities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
