Job Summary

Join a leading Communications and Technology firm specializing in Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Network, and Systems Security. You will administer and support Cloud systems and contribute to system development across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Administer, implement, maintain, and support Network, Operating Systems, Storage, and Backup components of Cloud systems to ensure operational stability and security
• Design, implement, integrate, and test system development projects to meet client requirements and improve infrastructure performance
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Cloud systems across multiple sites to maintain service continuity
• Adapt to shift schedules, on-call duties, and assignments at different locations to ensure timely response and system availability

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent field
• 3 to 5 years of experience executing Cloud-related activities including implementation, installation, monitoring, support, and testing
• Ability to work on shift schedules, on-call basis, and at various locations to meet operational demands

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Cisco Network certification
• VMWare certification
