Senior Salesforce Developer

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Saleforce Developer/Architect to support enterprise transformation initiatives and drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. Therole combines technical architecture, solution design, impact analysis, andhands-on development within a complex Salesforce environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse impacts of upstream system changes on Salesforce applications, data, integrations, and processes.
• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions covering data, integrations, automation, security, and user experience.
• Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative tools.
• Design and maintain integrations with enterprise systems and APIs.
• Produce technical documentation, impact assessments, and solution designs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and project teams to deliver business-critical changes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce platform architecture.
• Experience with solution design, impact analysis, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modelling, and performance considerations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
