We're looking for Program Manager that will serve as the connecting bridge between business, product, engineering and cross-functional stakeholders – ensuring initiatives stay on track from planning through execution.
The role sits in a business unit that supports a highly technical team responsible for tooling, workflow optimisation, publishing operations and program execution. You'll play a key role in driving change management and process optimization, helping teams adopt new ways of working and continuously improving how programs get delivered.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent programs and projects across APAC.
- Drive end-to-end program management, including planning, tracking, governance, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Partner closely with technical product management and engineering teams to understand existing tools and workflows.
- Identify workflow improvement opportunities and help standardize processes and systems.
- Translate business requirements into actionable workstreams and coordinate execution across teams.
- Act as the primary business interface between several cross-functional groups, including teams based in the USA and regional APAC teams.
- Establish project tracking mechanisms, milestones, status reporting, and management tools.
- Support scheduling, coordination, and project governance activities.
- Monitor project timelines (typically 90-day cycles) and proactively identify risks and dependencies.
Minimum Qualifications
- E-commerce or digital publishing background
- 5-8 years of Program Management experience. Strong in managing multiple programs simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with technical teams with deep understanding of system workflows.
- Skilled at driving process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
- Ability to connect disparate workstreams, document processes, and drive accountability.
- Good strong background in supporting CMS platforms, publishing systems, or digital asset management tools.
- Familiarity with quality control, validation or publishing workflows.
- Exposure to workflow mapping tools such as Miro.
- Comfortable partnering with global teams across regions and different time zones.
