Lead Data-Driven Projects from Strategy to Delivery

Are you an experienced Project Manager with exposure to data, analytics, business intelligence or digital transformation? Take ownership of projects that connect business requirements, data and technology to deliver practical solutions and measurable business outcomes.

We are seeking a Data & Digital Transformation Project Manager to manage initiatives across Data, BI, Analytics and AI. You will work closely with business users, technology teams, analysts and external partners to drive projects from initial requirements and planning through implementation, deployment and adoption.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end delivery of data, analytics, BI and AI projects, covering requirements gathering, planning, development, testing, implementation and post-project review.
• Establish project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies and success criteria.
• Build and maintain project plans, Gantt charts, milestones and delivery trackers to monitor progress and identify potential delays.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications for data, IT and analytics teams.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technology teams, data analysts, governance functions and other project participants.
• Monitor project deliverables and performance, prepare regular status updates, and coordinate actions required to address project risks or issues.
• Support user acceptance, implementation and post-deployment adoption to ensure solutions deliver the intended business value.
• Manage external vendors and service providers, monitoring deliverables, timelines, contractual requirements and service performance.
• Coordinate the implementation of Data, BI, Analytics and AI solutions that enhance reporting, business intelligence, decision-making and operational effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and strengthen collaboration between business and technology functions.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 3–4 years of relevant project management experience within data, analytics, BI, technology or digital transformation environments.
• Proven experience managing projects across multiple stages, from initiation and planning through implementation and delivery.
• Familiarity with data pipelines, dashboards, data warehouses and analytics platforms.
• Strong project planning, analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communicator who can engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating within cross-functional project teams.
• Able to handle sensitive business and personal data with a high level of integrity, confidentiality and discretion.
• Proactive, adaptable and results-oriented, with the ability to manage changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
