Self Aesthetics Medical Clinic is an established medical aesthetics clinic located in the heart of Orchard Road.

We provide personalised aesthetic and skin treatments in a private, comfortable environment, with a strong focus on professional consultation, personalised care and long-term client relationships.

We are looking for an Aesthetics Consultant who is passionate about beauty, aesthetics and customer service to join our growing team.

Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Medical Aesthetic

• Experience in Beauty, Wellness or Aesthetic industry is a MUST

• Position Title: Aesthetics Consultant

• Working Location: Orchard (near MRT)

• Working Hours: 5.5 Days, Mon – Saturday (10am – 7pm), Sunday (Off)

• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Group Commission + Incentive + Variable Bonus

• Duration: Permanent

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct professional consultations to understand clients' aesthetic concerns, goals and expectations.

• Recommend suitable treatment plans based on clients' individual needs and in consultation with the medical team.

• Explain treatment procedures, expected outcomes, aftercare and relevant information clearly to clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Follow up with clients after consultations and treatments to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Manage client enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls and in-clinic communication.

• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on appointments and treatment plans.

• Assist in achieving monthly clinic sales and performance targets.

• Work closely with doctors, therapists and the clinic team to provide a seamless client experience.

• Participate in clinic events, marketing activities and client engagement initiatives.
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in aesthetic, beauty, medical aesthetics, skincare is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident, friendly and comfortable speaking with clients.

• Good understanding or interest in aesthetic treatments and skincare.

• Customer-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.

• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Comfortable working towards sales and performance targets.

• Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience are preferred, but suitable candidates with less experience are welcome to apply.
