Permanent Payroll & Accounts Executive at Tanjong Pagar, $2,800 - $3,500 (Office hours)

Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including salary computation, overtime, allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore payroll regulations, including CPF, SDL, IRAS, and MOM requirements.
• Prepare payroll reports, maintain payroll records, and respond to payroll-related enquiries.
• Prepare and issue invoices to clients and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Record receipts, reconcile customer payments, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end closing and basic financial reporting.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of payroll and accounting records.
• Support ad hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Salary:

• $2,800 - $3,500

Requirements:

• Diploma, LCCI, or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Basic accounting knowledge is required.
• Experience in payroll processing is preferred.
• Familiarity with Singapore payroll regulations (CPF, SDL, IRAS, MOM) is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with accounting or payroll software is an advantage.
• Meticulous, organised, and able to handle confidential information.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
