Sales Director

Job Summary

Drive new-logo business development across ASEAN Banking & Financial Services and Private Equity sectors. Build senior client relationships, identify opportunities, and lead complex deals from origination through closure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a new-business strategy targeting key accounts in ASEAN Banking & Financial Services and Private Equity sectors to drive revenue growth.
• Leverage an established network within ASEAN Banking & Financial Services and Private Equity to identify and engage potential clients.
• Cultivate and maintain CXO-level relationships to generate new client opportunities and deepen existing partnerships.
• Originate, negotiate, and close large, complex deals focused on AI, technology, and digital transformation solutions.
• Position Companies capabilities in Digital Engineering, Cloud, Data & AI, Application Modernization, and Managed Services to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with Consulting, Solutioning, and Delivery teams to develop differentiated value propositions tailored to client challenges.
• Build and manage a strong, qualified sales pipeline and take full ownership of sales targets through to deal closure.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 12–18+ years of experience in IT-Services, Technology Consulting, or Digital Sales.
• Proven track record of new-logo hunting in Singapore.
• Established CXO network within Banking Financial Services and/or Private Equity sectors.
• Experience selling complex technology solutions and managing large deals.
• Demonstrated strong commercial acumen, influencing, and negotiation skills.
