SERVICE MANAGEMENT OFFICE PERSONNEL

Responsible for managing IT systems and contracts to ensure effective governance, compliance, operational readiness, and system performance.

The role involves coordinating with users, vendors, and support teams, monitoring KPIs and SLAs, managing IT assets and maintenance activities, and supporting cybersecurity and system lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage IT systems, contracts, and stakeholders.

- Monitor system performance, KPIs, and SLAs.

- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, standards, and requirements.

- Coordinate maintenance and support activities.

- Manage IT assets, spares, and obsolescence.

- Conduct security reviews and coordinate vulnerability/patch management.

- Ensure system availability, reliability, and operational readiness.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with less than 3 years’ relevant experience; or

- Diploma in a relevant discipline with at least 3 years’ relevant experience.

- Preferred background in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or IT.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
