Systems Engineer (Engineering Support Office) - Experienced (Diploma Track)

Job Summary

The appointed candidate will perform system and contract management functions to support enterprise systems and technical infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide governance and compliance oversight to ensure adherence to operational standards, policies, and quality requirements.

• Monitor and manage performance KPIs to support system availability and service management initiatives.

• Coordinate logistics support, spare parts availability, and equipment obsolescence management.

• Oversee hardware, software, and network asset inventories throughout their operational lifecycle.

• Coordinate cybersecurity compliance, vulnerability mitigation, and regular patch management.

• Supervise maintenance operations to maintain high system availability and operational readiness.

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen and eligible to obtain necessary security clearances.

• Possess a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional engineering or IT experience.

• Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

• Good understanding of system management, governance, compliance, and service delivery practices.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
