Digital Marketing Intern

We are looking for a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Intern to join Bob the Baker Boy and support our digital marketing and content activities.

You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, manage digital platforms and support campaigns that promote our cakes, desserts and gifting products.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other social media platforms

Plan, shoot and edit photos and short-form videos featuring our cakes, products and behind-the-scenes activities

Assist with writing captions, product descriptions and other marketing content

Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, promotions and seasonal campaigns

Assist with website content updates, product listings and basic SEO activities

Monitor social media trends and identify new content ideas and opportunities

Track basic marketing performance such as views, engagement and enquiries

Assist with simple marketing research, competitor checks and customer insights

Support photoshoots, product launches, events and other marketing activities

Perform other marketing and content-related tasks as required

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Media, Business or a related field

Creative, proactive and willing to learn

Good written communication skills

Comfortable with social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok

Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or other content creation tools is an advantage

Basic photography and video editing skills are a plus

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Interest in food, lifestyle, social media and content creation is a plus
