Sharepoint Migration Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to support the migration of content and data from SharePoint2016/2019 (on-premises) to SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365).

SharePoint training will be provided, where necessary.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Populate content from SharePoint 2016/2019 to SharePoint Online.
• Migrating documents, lists, and libraries from SharePoint 2016/2019 to SharePoint Online.
• Validate migrated content for accuracy, completeness, and structure.
• Maintain folder structures, metadata, and permissions during migration.
• Perform post-migration checks and rectification to ensure no data loss or corruption.
• Identify, flag and resolve missing files, broken links, or inconsistencies.
• Work with and keep internal team leads updated on all project matters.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.
• Basic HTML Knowledge.
• Good problem solving skills, attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Added advantage:

• 1-2 years working experience in content management and front end development.
• Exposure to SharePoint Online, SharePoint On-Prem and familiarity with SharePoint (basic navigation).

This is a 1 year contract (renewable)
