Deputy General Manager

Job Description:

· Lead and developinternational teams with operational responsibilities to ensure that theorganisation achieves its business objectives

·Formulate business strategies to achieve profitable revenue growth.

·Lead activities to stimulate increase of revenue generation that includebranding and promotion of Espressif culture, products, and services.

·Collaborates with the General Manager and department heads to establish annualand long range goals, objectives, work plans, policies, programs and relatedmatters

·Assist General Manager in implementation of collective decisions ofShareholders and the Board, as well as manage day to day activities of thecompany.

·Assumes General Manager's responsibilities in his absence

·Oversees customer relation matter that include formulating customer policiesand at time take personal responsibility to resolve customer issues

·Support development of organization’s employee development

·Responsible for investment in the AIoT area.

·Maintain investors relationship in Asia.

Job Requirements:
· Strong business acumen

· Strong knowledge in the AIoT and semiconductor industry.

·Demonstrate integrity and good judgement

· Aminimum of 10 years of experience in leading teams or in leadership position

·Extensive background and track record in investment, business development, and lead generation.

·Ability to work under fast pace environment

·Ability to interact tactfully and persuasively with others in controversial situations

· Stronganalytical, planning and execution skills

· This role will require frequent travel to Headquater in Shanghai.
