Personal Trainer

At KOVA Performance, we provide Personal Training and coaching services specialising in body transformation and athletic performance. We pride ourselves on helping our clients get lean, strong, and athletic through structured training and nutrition systems, while teaching them the skills to stay that way.

We are currently a small team of experienced Personal Trainers. As we grow, we’re looking for a coach to join us who values high standards, cares deeply about client results, and wants to build a long-term role within a highly professional coaching environment.

The Role

As a Personal Trainer at KOVA, you will work closely with clients in a 1-to-1 Personal Training setting to deliver measurable body composition and performance outcomes.

You will be responsible for:

• Delivering 1-to-1 Personal Training sessions in a gym environment
• Designing structured, progressive training programmes aligned with client goals
• Coaching nutrition habits to support body composition and performance
• Tracking client progress and adjusting programmes accordingly
• Maintaining regular communication with clients outside of sessions
• Keeping clients accountable to their training and nutrition plans
• Upholding KOVA coaching standards across all client interactions

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Minimum 3 years of in-person Personal Training experience
• Valid Personal Training certificate to operate in Singapore
• Strong understanding of resistance training and body transformation principles
• Proven track record of delivering client results
• Relevant Personal Training qualification
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail and professionalism

Desirable:

• Background in athletic or performance-based training
• Experience using coaching apps and progress tracking tools
