Call Centre Advisors *Shift ($3,000 to $3,500) #NJA

• Frontline ambassador of our organization, delivering timely, accurate, and empathetic support to both internal and external customers via calls and emails.
• Serve as the first point of contact for Members of Public, handling enquiries professionally and confidently.
• Build strong understanding of customer needs, anticipate concerns, and deliver solutions with customer satisfaction as a priority.
• Provide clear explanations and take ownership of issues through effective follow-up and resolution.
• Accurately document all interactions in the designated case management system.
• Maintain high standards of communication, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction with Members of Public.
• Coordinate with internal Points of Contact (POCs) and external stakeholders to ensure timely case resolution and closure.
• Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Client
