Sales & Marketing Director

This role encompasses Sales & Business Development, Marketing & Brand Management, Commercial & Strategic Management, and Leadership & Management responsibilities. You will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets, identify new business opportunities and partnerships, and build relationships with key clients and strategic partners. You will oversee the company's overall marketing and brand strategy, plan and execute digital, social media, advertising and promotional campaigns, and manage the company's online presence. You will establish annual sales and marketing plans, KPIs and budgets, evaluate pricing and positioning to maximise revenue, and work with senior management on business expansion and growth strategies. You will lead and supervise the sales and marketing team, set KPIs and monitor performance, and collaborate across departments to ensure commercial objectives are achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets

• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, corporate accounts and potential revenue streams

• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, corporate customers and strategic partners

• Develop promotions, packages and sales initiatives to increase customer acquisition and repeat business

• Monitor sales performance, market trends and competitor activities

• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and periodic performance reports

• Develop and oversee the company's overall marketing and brand strategy

• Plan and execute digital, social media, advertising and promotional campaigns

• Manage the company's online presence and ensure consistent brand positioning across platforms

• Lead and supervise the sales and marketing team
