Job Responsibilities

• Execute supply plans, forecasts and exception reports to suppliers to ensure timely material availability for production.
• Monitor supplier delivery commitments and expedite deliveries to resolve material shortages.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure materials are supplied in the right quantity, quality and timeline.
• Manage quality notifications, change requests, supplier returns, goods receipts and invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate purchasing, planning and supplier information within internal systems.
• Monitor inventory levels and support initiatives to minimise excess inventory and inventory holding costs.
• Ensure purchasing and supply planning activities comply with established procedures and requirements.
• Work closely with production, planning, quality and other stakeholders to resolve supply-related issues.
• Perform other supply chain and purchasing duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of purchasing and planning experience involving electronic and mechanical assemblies.
• Prior experience working within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of material planning, purchasing, inventory management and supplier coordination.
