About this job
Key responsibility:
- Operate and deploy robotic cleaning equipment at site locations
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on robotic cleaning equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and sensor-related faults
- Conduct calibration, firmware updates, component replacement, and system checks
- Support testing, commissioning, and on-site performance verification of cleaning robots
- Maintain accurate service documentation, maintenance logs, and inspection reports
- Provide user training and basic technical guidance to customers and operations staff
- Collaborate with engineering and vendor support teams to escalate and resolve technical issues effectively
Requirements:
- NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Mechatronics or related engineering fields
- Hands-on experience with automation, robotics, or cleaning equipment is an advantage
- Strong troubleshooting skills and basic understanding of mechanical/electrical systems
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, manuals, and technical documents
- Preferably obtained class 3 driving license
