About the Job

You will be responsible for assessing and processing medical claims accurately and efficiently while delivering a high standard of service to customers and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Claims Assessment & Processing

• Assess and process medical claims accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring prompt and fair payouts in line with established service standards.
• Review pending claims to ensure reserve adequacy and timely closure of claims.

2. Stakeholder Engagement

• Liaise professionally with medical institutions and policyholders to clarify outstanding requirements and facilitate smooth claims processing.

3. Quality & Compliance

• Conduct quality checks on processed claims to uphold high standards of accuracy and compliance, including claims processed through the straight-through processing engine.

4. Customer & Business Partner Relations

• Provide excellent service and strengthen relationships with customers and business partners through responsive, empathetic, and professional support.

5. Claims Enquiries

• Handle escalated claims-related enquiries with clarity, care, and professionalism.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
