Buyer - Indirect (Aerospace Industry) #NJN

Location: Loyang (Pickup from Tampines P.Ris, Sengkang, Kranji)
Working hours: 7.30am to 4.48pm

• Manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities to support daily operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Source, evaluate, negotiate, and purchase materials, spare parts, consumables, and services at competitive prices while maintaining quality standards.
• Review supplier quotations, compare pricing, and recommend cost-effective purchasing decisions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve supply-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of vendors, materials, pricing, and procurement activities.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships while identifying new sourcing opportunities.
• Monitor supplier performance and work with vendors to improve delivery, quality, and service levels.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement projects to enhance procurement efficiency.
• Prepare procurement reports and provide administrative support for purchasing activities.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
