Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, proper handling of goods, and timely fulfillment of orders. The role includes supervising warehouse staff, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating logistics activities to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead warehouse staff in daily operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Plan and assign tasks to ensure efficient workflow and productivity
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control and record-keeping
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist in inventory audits
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of goods to prevent damage or loss
• Coordinate with logistics teams, drivers, and suppliers for timely deliveries
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
• Prepare and review logistics documentation (delivery orders, invoices, reports)
• Identify operational issues and implement improvements for efficiency
• Train and guide new warehouse staff and monitor performance
• Handle basic troubleshooting of warehouse operations and escalate issues when required
