Customer Relation Officer cum Site Admin

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to residents’ feedback, enquiries and complaints.

• Liaise with residents, neighbouring institutions and relevant stakeholders.

• Follow up on feedback and coordinate with the project team for resolution.

• Maintain records of feedback cases and prepare weekly reports.

• Coordinate and distribute notices to residents and surrounding areas.

• Assist the Project Manager with daily administrative work and meeting coordination.

• Handle site office administration, documentation, data entry and manpower-related matters.

• Maintain proper filing and project records.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior/Management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration, Customer Service, Construction or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

• Construction/HDB project experience preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to handle residents’ feedback and complaints professionally.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Good organisational and coordination skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good command of English.

• Willing to work on-site.
