ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer and supplier documentation, including invoices, delivery orders (DOs), and related records.
• Prepare, issue, and maintain quotations, invoices, receipts, and other administrative documents.
• Handle daily email correspondence, enquiries, and follow-ups with customers, suppliers, and other relevant parties.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation to ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments on administrative matters when required.
• Perform general administrative duties and other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in administration or a related field is preferred.
• Good computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to adapt to changing work requirements.
• Able to work independently.
• Can start work immediately will be preferred.
