Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer with a Mechanical Engineering background to deliver technical solutions, manage customer accounts, and support project delivery for our expanding engineering and equipment business.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to assess and clarify their technical requirements for mechanical equipment
• Recommend appropriate mechanical equipment and solutions to meet customer needs and project goals
• Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and technical presentations to support sales efforts
• Conduct customer visits and product demonstrations to showcase equipment capabilities and benefits
• Coordinate effectively with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Support project delivery and provide after-sales service to maintain customer satisfaction and equipment performance
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to contribute to company growth

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (required)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey technical information clearly and persuasively
• Interest in technical sales and customer engagement to drive business development
• Ability to understand mechanical systems and specifications to provide accurate solutions
• Self-driven and proactive work approach with the ability to work independently
