Sales Supervisor and Merchandiser

Job Description:

• Provide customer service
• Promote company products to customers
• Maintain the display counters and products neat and clean
• Replenish stock at the display counters
• Set up for promotional events
• Co-ordinate with warehouse staff for stock replenishment and order fulfilment
• Obtain orders from retail shops and arrange stock from warehouse
• Managing and motivating a team of sales people
• Provide training and coaching to sales staff
• Set up marketing displays for our products in various retail location
• Identity new retail distribution opportunities

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, commerce or a related field
• Retail sales and merchantising experience prefered
• Customer service and communication skills
• Able to work retail hours and weekends
