Receptionist - (Full Time Permenant)/(2 month contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist residents, visitors and guests, providing a warm and professional first point of contact.
• Handle phone calls, online enquiries and visitor registrations efficiently.
• Provide accurate information, directions and assistance to residents, families and visitors.
• Attend to residents’ and guests’ requests and coordinate with relevant internal teams for timely follow-up.
• Perform administrative duties including billing, maintaining guest records, facility bookings and shift handovers.
• Prepare daily or periodic reports and ensure accurate and effective handover between shifts.
• Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the front desk.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Relevant hospitality, customer service or front desk experience is a plus point.
• Professional, well-presented and personable, with a strong passion for service.
• Warm, patient and empathetic when interacting with elderly residents and their families.
• Good communication, administrative and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with different teams.
• Comfortable working on a roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• Positive attitude, responsible and attentive to details.
