(Entry Level) Interior Designer/ Design Consultant | Basic + Uncapped Commission

Summary

• Salary: Basic+ Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonus

• 5 days work , flexible working hour

Responsibilities

• Accompany the Sales Lead to meet and engage with potential clients, understanding their requirements and design preferences.

• Assist the Sales Lead in preparing design concepts, material selections, mood boards and quotations for clients.

• Develop interior design concepts and layouts based on clients’ requirements, budget and project specifications.

• Prepare design presentations, material proposals and other relevant design documentation.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects progress smoothly.

• Assist in managing projects from the initial design stage through to project completion.

• Conduct site visits and follow up on project progress to ensure designs are properly executed.

• Address clients’ feedback and make necessary adjustments to ensure their expectations and requirements are met.

• Ensure all design work is aligned with project timelines, budgets and quality standards.

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties related to interior design and project management as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Art/Design, Creative Multimedia or a related field.

• Candidates with relevant experience in interior design, renovation, architecture or related industries will have an added advantage.

• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply — training will be provided.

• Candidates with experience in sales, space planning, interior design, sketching or AutoCAD will be highly advantageous.

• Proficient in AutoCAD with a good understanding of design principles and space planning.
