F&B SUPERVISOR

We are looking to hire a customer-oriented F&B Supervisor to ensure that the kitchen operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

Oversee restaurant staff activities to maintain efficient daily operations and achieve service excellence

Expedite customer orders promptly to enhance dining experience and reduce wait times

Maintain positive working relationships with suppliers to support a smooth and reliable supply chain

Identify and implement cost-saving measures to reduce operational expenses without compromising quality

Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure hygiene and sanitation standards comply with health regulations

Oversee food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations

Monitor inventory levels to maintain adequate stock of food supplies and restaurant essentials, preventing shortages

Manage restaurant cash flow and settle outstanding bills accurately to ensure financial accountability

Requirements
Proven experience working as a supervisor in f&b industry

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
