About this job
- Review daily arrival lists to identify VIPs and guests with special preferences, personally welcoming and escorting them to ensure a seamless, high-touch arrival and departure experience.
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and deliver highly personalized, attentional service to consistently exceed expectations and create memorable experiences.
- Prepare and serve hot/cold beverages to exacting standards, ensuring strict adherence to recipes, hygiene guidelines, food labeling and refrigeration procedures.
- Oversee the complete setup and teardown of event spaces and meeting rooms, ensuring furniture, amenities and environment are impeccably presented for guests.
- Act as the first line of technical troubleshooting for meeting rooms and AV equipment (e.g: connectivity, displays, remotes) to ensure spaces are fully operational prior to guest(s) use.
- Promptly address and resolve guest queries, special requests and feedback, collaborating across internal departments (including Housekeeping) to maintain pristine lounge standards.
- Meticulously record guest preferences, incidents and feedback in client profile databases to personalize future visits and maintain long-term relationship management.
