Loan IQ Developer/Engineer:

A LoanIQ Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions on the Finastra LoanIQ platform, ensuring seamless integration with banking systems and compliance with commercial lending processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Development & Customization

o Build and enhance LoanIQ functionalities using LoanIQ SDK, APIs, and batch execution framework.

o Develop custom scripts and integrations for LoanIQ modules (deal setup, servicing, notices, payments).

o Implement Event Manager configurations and maintain LoanIQ tables.

• Integration & Migration

o Integrate LoanIQ with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

o Support LoanIQ upgrades, migrations, and product implementations.

• Database & Performance

o Write and optimize SQL/PL-SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.

o Ensure data integrity and performance tuning for LoanIQ applications.

• Collaboration

o Provide technical support and troubleshoot LoanIQ-related issues.

• Required Skills & Experience

• Core Technical Skills

o LoanIQ SDK and scripted APIs.

o Java, Spring Boot, REST services and Angular for frontend.

o SQL/PL-SQL, database management (Oracle/SQL Server).

o Familiarity with XML, JSON, and integration frameworks.

o Knowledge of LoanIQ Batch framework and Remote Ops.

• Good to have Domain Knowledge

o Understanding of commercial loan lifecycle, syndication, and servicing.

o Experience with loan accounting, accruals, and payments.

• Additional Skills

o Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab), DevOps practices.

o Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, Tibco, IBM MQ).

• Experience

o Overall 6-10 year of experience in software development

o 4+ years in LoanIQ development and implementation.

o Hands-on experience in LoanIQ migrations and upgrades.

o Agile methodology experience.
