- Min 1-2 year working experience in manufacturing environment

- Ambitions and meticulous characteristic

- Able towork with Microsoft office

- Must bewilling to undergo hands on production training for few months

- Able tolead, manage & motivate a team of operator & handler

- Assist inown department's manpower planning and deployment

- Ensureeffective implementation of process procedure in production

- Ensureefficient and effective communications inter and intra departments

- Assist inensuring smooth running of department operations of shift on duty

- Troubleshoot quality issue caused by production

- Train operator in the production process to ensure that they work efficiently and safety
