Brief Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Process inquiries, quotations, and sales orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring customer specifications are met.

• Prepare purchase orders upon receiving customer orders.

• Communicate with customers regarding order statuses, product availability, and inquiries.

• Maintain documentation related to sales such as invoices, quotations, purchase orders, contracts, and reports.

• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners, including logistics, production, and finance, to ensure effective order fulfillment.

• Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.

• Identify and resolve issues in the sales process, including discrepancies and customer complaints.

• Prepare and manage export documents, including invoices and customs declarations.

• Understand and apply Incoterms to define responsibilities and risks in shipment.

• Ensure compliance with export regulations and trade laws for both original and destination countries.

• Coordinate international logistics through partnerships with freight forwarders and customs brokers for timely transportation.

• Facilitate customs clearance with accurate documentation to ensure smooth passage through checkpoints.

• Identify potential risks in shipments and develop mitigation strategies.

• Negotiate shipping rates and terms with logistics partners to optimize costs.

• Implement tools for real-time visibility into shipment status for proactive issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain logistics and order processing.

• Proven negotiation skills with internal stakeholders and service providers.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with the SAP system.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
