Sales Manager, Freight Forwarding (Chemical /O&G)

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market presence.

• Represent the organization with in-depth knowledge of service offerings to engage internal and external partners.

• Conduct market research to align our solutions with consumer needs, generating leads and cultivating client relationships.

• Serve as the primary contact for client accounts, ensuring excellent account management and oversight of customer relations.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize profitability while ensuring timely delivery of services according to client requirements.

• Monitor and report on key account metrics, collaborating with stakeholders to communicate progress on initiatives.

• Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth within existing accounts, enhancing overall client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in logistics, supply chain management or equivalent

• 8-10 years of business development or sales experience within freight forwarding industry

• Experience in handling clients in the chemical industry would be an added advantage

• Willingness to travel internationally if required
