SALES MANAGER

Position: Sales Manager

Salary: $3,800–$4,000/month

Working Location: PUNGGOL

Job Description / Responsibilities:

Manage and develop sales activities for the bistro.

Plan promotions and strategies to increase sales and revenue.

Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

Handle customer enquiries, feedback and reservations.

Coordinate with the operations and service team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports.

Support management in business development and promotional activities.

Requirements:

Relevant sales/customer service experience preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Willing to work according to F&B operating hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.

Able to start within short notice.
