楼面主管 | Floor Supervisor

📋 工作职责 | Job Responsibilities

• 负责及协助日常楼面营运，确保服务流程顺畅

• 带领及协调楼面员工，确保高效及优质的服务

• 接待顾客，处理顾客咨询及服务相关事项

• 协助员工排班、培训及日常营运工作

• 确保餐厅环境整洁，并符合卫生及工作安全标准

• 与管理团队密切合作，确保餐厅日常营运顺利

• Supervise and support daily front-of-house restaurant operations.

• Lead and coordinate service staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Attend to customers and maintain high service standards.

• Handle customer enquiries and service-related matters professionally.

• Assist with staff scheduling, training and daily operational tasks.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and workplace safety standards.

• Work closely with the management team to ensure efficient restaurant operations.

✅ 职位要求 | Requirements

• 必须具备餐饮楼面 / 服务工作经验

• 有海鲜餐厅或中餐厅经验者优先

• 具备领班或主管经验者优先

• 良好的沟通能力及顾客服务意识

• 能适应快节奏的餐饮工作环境

• 能配合轮班、周末及公共假期工作

• Relevant experience in restaurant front-of-house / service operations.

• Experience in a seafood restaurant or Chinese restaurant is preferred.

• Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role is preferred.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.

💵 月薪 | Monthly Salary: S$2,875 – S$3,500
