Responsibilities

• Handle daily office administration, purchasing, meetings, reception and travel arrangements.

• Maintain documents, asset records, expense claims and basic HR records.

• Assist with company filings, information updates and compliance submissions.

• Gather information on Singapore’s construction market and coordinate with suppliers and business partners.

• Assist clients with document collection, progress tracking and coordination with professional advisers.

• Coordinate with the Hong Kong head office and handle other ad hoc tasks.

Requirements

• Diploma or above, with eligibility to work legally in Singapore.

• Familiarity with Singapore’s construction market and industry.

• 1–3 years of experience in administration, operations or client service; promising fresh graduates may also apply.

• Good command of English and Mandarin to handle English documents and communicate with the Hong Kong team and Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn and use AI tools.

• Detail-oriented, proactive and responsible, with good coordination skills and a strong sense of confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Singapore’s construction industry, project coordination, procurement or supplier management. A valid Singapore driving licence and driving experience are an advantage.
