Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and support our growing recruitment needs in Singapore.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys recruitment delivery and is comfortable managing multiple vacancies independently. You will work closely with hiring managers and the HR team on both frontline and professional hiring, while also supporting recruitment vendors, sourcing channels and recruitment process improvements.

This is primarily a hands-on recruitment role. The successful candidate is expected to directly source, engage and close candidates rather than focusing mainly on team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, from job posting and sourcing to screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation and pre-onboarding.
• Proactively source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media and other relevant channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, hiring priorities and candidate profiles.
• Manage multiple vacancies concurrently and provide regular updates on recruitment progress and hiring challenges.
• Support both frontline/operations and corporate/professional recruitment according to business needs.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and manpower vendors, including vendor sourcing, engagement, performance monitoring and follow-up.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and cost of different recruitment vendors and sourcing channels.
• Support recruitment activities with schools, career centres and other external partners where required.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate pipelines and hiring reports.
• Monitor recruitment effectiveness, including hiring progress, sourcing channels and time-to-fill.
• Work with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Support recruitment projects, career fairs and other hiring initiatives when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
• Around 3–6 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in Singapore.
• Strong experience in direct sourcing and end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience working with recruitment agencies or manpower vendors is preferred.
• Experience recruiting for logistics, operations, manufacturing, retail, frontline or high-volume positions will be an advantage.
• Comfortable managing multiple vacancies and recruitment priorities simultaneously.
• Able to work independently and follow through on recruitment assignments with minimal supervision.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Good working proficiency in English. The role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and the use of Chinese-language recruitment systems and materials.
