A Singapore-based Precision Engineering company specializing in high precision CNC machining components is expanding its production team and looking for experienced CNC Milling Machinists / Setter Cum Programmers.

Changi / Jurong West

工作制度 Working Arrangement:
5 天制, 機器設定員

薪资 Salary:
Basic Salary: S$1,800 – S$2,200
Gross Salary: S$3,000 – S$4,500（包含 OT）

工作内容 Job Responsibilities:
• 负责 CNC Milling / CNC Machining Center 机台设定与操作
Setup and operate CNC Milling / CNC Machining Center machines

• 使用 Mastercam 或其他 CAD/CAM 软件进行 CNC 编程
Perform CNC programming using Mastercam or other CAD/CAM software

• 编写与修改 G-code / M-code CNC 程序
Create and modify G-code / M-code programs

• 负责 3 Axis / 4 Axis / 5 Axis CNC Milling 机台设定与生产
Setup and operate 3-Axis / 4-Axis / 5-Axis CNC milling machines

• 选择合适刀具与设定加工参数
Select appropriate cutting tools and machining parameters

• 确保产品符合工程图、公差与品质要求
Ensure machining parts meet engineering drawings, tolerances and specifications

• 使用量测工具进行制程检验
Perform in-process inspection using measuring instruments

• 进行基本机台保养与简单故障排除
Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting

• 与生产团队合作完成每日生产目标
Work closely with production team to achieve daily production targets

Control Systems:
• Fanuc
• Mazatrol
• Siemens
• Mitsubishi Control

CAD/CAM Software:
• Mastercam
• SolidCAM
• Fusion 360
• AutoCAD (Basic)

职位要求 Job Requirements:
• 具备 CNC Milling / Machining Center 设定与编程经验
Experience in CNC Milling / Machining Center setup and programming

• 熟悉 Mastercam 或 CAD/CAM CNC 编程
Familiar with Mastercam or CAD/CAM programming

• 熟悉 3 Axis / 4 Axis / 5 Axis CNC Milling 加工
Experience with 3-Axis / 4-Axis / 5-Axis CNC milling

• 能阅读工程图与 GD&T
Able to read technical drawings and GD&T

• 熟悉量测工具（卡尺、千分尺、高度规、Dial Gauge）
Familiar with precision measuring instruments

• 有 Precision Engineering / Manufacturing 行业经验者优先
Experience in precision engineering industry preferred

适合有 Precision Engineering、CNC Milling、Machining Center 或 CNC Programming 经验者申请。
