Sales Consultant (MDW Placements)

Who We Are

EP One Manpower has been in the maid agency business for over a decade in Singapore. We’re looking for driven Sales Consultants who know how to hunt for leads, build client relationships, and hit targets in a fast-moving market.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Hunting for your own leads: You won't just sit around waiting for walk-ins. We need someone comfortable reaching out, cold calling, asking for referrals, and building their own pipeline from scratch.
  
• Managing the whole deal: From first contact to signing contracts, you’ll guide employers through selecting the right Migrant Domestic Worker (MDW), interviewing candidates, and closing the placement.
  
• Handling paper and process: MDW placements come with strict MOM requirements. You’ll make sure interviews are scheduled efficiently and all compliance documentation is filed accurately.
  
• Keeping clients long-term: Good placements mean repeat business and word-of-mouth recommendations. You'll stay in touch after the sale to make sure employers are happy.
  

What We Look For

• Experience & Licensing: At least 2 years in sales (agency background preferred) with a clear track record of finding your own clients. You must hold a valid KAH or CEI certificate.
  
• Drive & Independence: You're a natural "hunter" who handles rejection well, negotiates effectively, and doesn't wait to be told what to do next.
  
• Work Schedule: Must be comfortable working a 6-day work week.
  

The Offer

• Base salary starting from $3,200 + uncapped high-tier commission on every deal you close.
