• Online Sales Management: Drive sales via company website, social media, and e-commerce platforms by developing strategies, addressing inquiries, and ensuring seamless transactions.
• Sales & Customer Service: Assist walk-in customers, promote products, coordinate installation/delivery, manage invoicing and payments, and build strong customer relationships for repeat business.
• Collaboration & Administration: Work with marketing and warehouse teams, handle quotations, arrange couriers, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate records while encouraging customer feedback.
