• E-Commerce & Online Channels: Oversee sales performance across online platforms, ensuring smooth customer experiences through effective strategy execution and timely response to inquiries.
• In-Store Sales & Service: Engage with walk-in clients, explain product benefits, coordinate delivery and installation, process payments, and foster long-term loyalty through excellent service.
• Support & Coordination: Partner with marketing and warehouse teams to align sales initiatives, manage documentation and quotations, organize logistics, and encourage reviews to strengthen brand reputation.
